The popular process way can be divided into:
1>Iron(Copper, Brass) with/wthout soft enamel
2>Iron(Copper, Brass) with sythetic enamel
3>Zinc alloy(Pewter) with/ without soft enamel
4>Zinc alloy with imitation hard enamel
5>Brass(stainless Steel, Aluminum) offset printig
6>Brass(Stainless Steel, Aluminum) silk screen printing
Cloisonne / Hard Enamel
This original technique was developed by the Chinese thousand of years ago to make prestige
ornaments. Cloisonne items can be considered more as collectable jewels than just simply
promotional iems. Hard enamel being a glass-like material, Cloisonne pins will last for a life time.
Imitation Cloisonne / Synthetic Enamel
Syntheti Enamel is a modern subsitute for Hard Enamel. This Process provides an outstanding
quality finish with reasonable price adn a much border range of colors to choose from. Colors
appear much brighter and flashy. Unique to this process, stoning and polishing produce a recog-
-nizable flat, shiny surface. Imitatin Cloisonne pins will last a life time.
Copper(Brass) Stamped With Soft Enamel
This process way is another subsitute for real Cloisonne/ imitation Enamel and probably the most
commonly used. It differs in the color technique. The Colours are not completely filled in the recessed
areas and the metal borders are much more visible. This process is also frequently use for items with
no coloring and with 3D relief.
Zinc Alloy Die Casting
The main characteristic of Zinc Alloy Die Cating compared with the previous processes is the ability
to make metal items in 3D. The result is perfect and gives a strong impression of quality. Neverthe-
-less, this process sometimes encounters imitations when dealing with complicated designs.
